Would you love a bit of support getting to your own version of centered wellness?

Whether you're cruising along with no major issues and everything seems more or less fine, or you're struggling to find the same sense of peace, joy, purpose and zest you once had, this group coaching class might the nudge you're looking for.  

What is it?

My six week group coaching circle offers an opportunity for you to learn new tools, receive coaching on individual roadblocks and discover (or rediscover) your own recipe for wellness. The goal is to support your journey towards a centered mind, body and spirit.

How will it work?

This six week course will consist of weekly 90-minute conference calls, featuring instruction and group coaching. At the beginning of each session, I will introduce a concept or tool for the week. Then we will have a brief discussion on the topic, and finish with a chance for one or two participants to be coached by me.

How much one on one time will I get?

I will give each participant the opportunity to be coached at least once. Or, you can take the class and never be coached on the calls over the six weeks. It will be completely up to you how you would like to interact with me and the group. There are no 'shoulds' in this course. Members will also have access to a closed Facebook page for questions and conversation.

When?

The group coaching circle will meet on Thursdays from 9am-10:30am Pacific Time, on March 26th, April 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th.

Cost?

Cost is $59 for the entire six week course.

Meaningful Mindfulness

A workshop for women who want bring more harmony, happiness and self-assurance to their fast paced lives. This three hour class will be held at Yoga Toes in Point Reyes, CA.

June 28th, 2014 from 1pm - 4pm

 

This workshop might be for you if:

  • You're constantly being pulled in several directions.
  • Your life is busy, busy, busy and sometimes doesn't even feel like your own.
  • You love the idea of mindfulness and balance, but honestly, who has the time?
  • Meditation sounds great, but you don't know how, or you're too intimidated to try.
  • You miss the carefree, joyful life you used to lead before you became a…
  • You often think about how happy you’ll be once you…

Our afternoon together will look something like this:

You'll wear your yoga pants, favorite jeans, most worn in mom shorts or anything you feel absolutely comfortable in. We'll do the same. There will be other women there, who'll be fairly similar to you, and a bit different too. We will share some grounding exercises, easy meditations, tools for quieting your busy as a bee brain, reminders of the beauty of self worth... and healthy snacks. You bring your water bottle, a sweater, a yoga mat (we'll have some there if you forget yours or don't have one), snacks, if you prefer your own, and your authentic self... just as you are.
