Are you yearning for change in your life?

  • Do you wish you felt better, looked better or behaved better?
  • Do you long for the kind of carefree joy you once felt?
  • Are you searching for yourself?
  • Do you long for change in your career or personal life?
  • Are you convinced your life would be better if only _____?
  • Do you have a vision, but no idea how to turn it into reality?

You may have thought about coaching but it seemed like a luxury you couldn't afford. Maybe you're not quite sure what the heck coaching can do to help you or how it works? Or, possibly, you've been putting off reaching out because you are scared, ashamed or confused about what is going on in your life?

If you are unsure how coaching can help you:

One of my clients came to me feeling burned out and stuck in her job. She had been with the same company for over 15 years, she was scared of what moving on would look like and wasn't hopeful about change even though she was pretty much miserable in her situation. We worked through the fears that were holding her back, uncovered all the reasons why she's worthy of tons of good in her life and schemed about her right next move. In the time we worked together, she rediscovered her incredible self-worth, left her soul sucking job and moved on to an exciting position with a new employer.

Another came to me overwhelmed with balancing her career with being a mom. She constantly felt like there wasn't enough time... to do a good job at work, to be a good mom, to find any time for herself. We worked on her thoughts about the scarcity of time. I helped her get clear on what she wanted to change in her life to create space to do all that she wanted to do. We focused on softening the harsh thoughts she had around all that she thought she 'should' be and 'should' do. While we worked together, she negotiated with her employer to work some from home, reported much more joy and presence as both mother and employee, and she began seeking out career changes that would allow her even more flexibility to do the work she loves while being the mom she wants to be. She ultimately moved on to another job with even more flexibility and she's started an entrepreneurial effort doing soul filling work in her spare time.

I started working with one client who was feeling lost as new mom. She was struggling to find harmony in her new life after the major transition of becoming a parent. We worked through her thoughts, beliefs and judgements about herself and what she thought a good mom should be. She improved her opinion of her body, her mind and her worth as a mother and spouse. She got better at quieting the busy negative thoughts in her head. Before long, she felt like a new version of her old self and experienced genuine joy and gratitude in many aspects of her life, including her role of new mama.

Most of my clients share common threads (I happen to believe the majority of us do)...

  • Thoughts, judgements and beliefs that cause yucky feelings that halt action or change.
  • Negative self talk and undervaluing self worth.
  • Fear of failure, fear of judgement or fear of the unknown.
  • Not knowing where to go or what to do next.

Coaching is an incredibly effective method for improving all of the above scenarios.

So, if coaching sounds intriguing to you, if you're longing for different, better or balance to surface in your life - but you're not quite sure how to get there, or if you don't know what the hell is going on with you at the moment, now is the time to give it a try.

Afraid you can't afford it:

To express my gratitude for this incredible past year and in the spirit of Thanksgiving, for the entire month of November, I'm offering all of my coaching sessions on a "Pay What You Can" basis. You can schedule a single session, or a package of sessions and pay only what you can afford to pay. "Pay What You Can" sessions will begin on November 1st and must be used by November 30th, 2013.

So, what is the right amount to pay for your sessions? Honestly, whatever you can. I mean that! I'm looking forward to serving and helping as many people as I can through this program. There are no suggestions. Take a look at what I offer on my Coaching Services page, email me and let me know which option you're interested in along with how much you'd like to pay, then I will send you an invoice through PayPal and we'll get your session(s) scheduled.

Please don't wait to contact me - sessions will be filled on a first come, first serve basis. I am adding extra hours to my schedule and I am ready and willing to be busy to meet the need. I can't wait to hear from you.

Don't be shy, spread the word, reach out with any and all questions.

xo,

Amie
